Although we have clients in a variety of industries, such as medical and retail, our primary focus is on travel industry and real estate clients.

Must have a BA degree and minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a related marketing position. Must have experience working with website project management, digital advertising management, and social marketing program management. Must be a highly motivated self-starter and extremely detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects for multiple clients.
Job Description: The position of Digital Marketing Coordinator (DMC) at Team Vision requires someone who can manage a variety of projects and clients. The DMC will be assigned to work on certain clients’ day-to-day accounts and marketing programs, including website development and maintenance, digital advertising programs (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), and social media marketing.. The DMC should have good writing skills and will be required to write content for client websites, newsletters, and social media programs. DMC must be an excellent multitasker with the ability to juggle projects while keeping everything on budget and schedule.
Your Skills
- 1- 2 years of professional experience in a marketing agency, digital agency, or similar client-side role.
- Ability to tell compelling stories with ads, posts, and images.
- Insights on the latest digital trends and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms ( Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), best practices and trends, and reporting tools.
- Experience coordinating content for paid digital advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Experience with Canva, Sprout Social, Adobe Premier, ChatGPT, and CapCut (or similar video editing software) are all a plus.
- Experience maintaining websites through custom and third-party CMS’s such as WordPress is a plus.
- Experience using social media and digital advertising analytics tools.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with good storytelling instincts.
- Enthusiasm, creativity, patience, good judgment, and flexibility in their work.
- Must work well under pressure both autonomously as well as part of a team.
Work Details: This is a full-time hybrid position working both remotely and in the office. Candidate must live in Hawaii. 2 weeks paid vacation. The company offers full medical, dental, drug, and vision benefits through HMSA. Paid Holidays and paid sick leave.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
