Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as SpotOn.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and food items.
- Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to ensure accurate billing and transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures, food safety regulations, and sanitation protocols.
- Monitor guest behavior in nightlife or banquet settings to ensure safety while providing attentive service throughout their visit.
- Restock bar supplies, ingredients, glassware, and utensils regularly to keep the bar fully equipped for service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage delivery seamlessly.
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as SpotOn is essential for efficient order processing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Experience serving diverse clientele in high-energy environments like nightclubs or large events enhances your ability to adapt quickly.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, alcohol serving regulations, and responsible alcohol service is required.
- Retail math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management are necessary for smooth operations.
