Duties
- Provide direct patient care by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical documentation standards.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop personalized care plans for residents.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by following infection control protocols and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification with current state licensure.
- Strong communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to patient service delivery.
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
