Key Responsibilities Include:

Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems

Performing preventative maintenance and completing general property repairs

Responding to maintenance requests with urgency and professionalism

Assisting with installations, upgrades, and special projects

Full-Time, Year-Round Position with Mountain Lifestyle Perks
Location: Frontgate|Avon, Avon, CO
Start Date: As soon as possible
Employment Type: Full Time Year Round
Pay Rate: $27+/hour, DOE. First half of hiring bonus paid after 30 days and second half after 60 days
Schedule: 5 days per week. Shifts are either 8:00am-4:30pm or 1:30pm-9:30pm, flexibility required to work both shifts based on business needs
