As a Control Panel Builder, you'll play a key role in bringing complex automation systems to life. You will:

Assemble electrical control panels from engineering drawings, schematics, and layouts

Follow proven company processes and best practices to deliver high-quality builds

Interpret electrical schematics, panel layouts, and bills of materials

Complete panel layout work, including enclosure cut-outs and component mounting
-
Work with a range of tools and materials, including wiring, drilling, and tapping

Ensure accurate labelling and identification of components and wiring
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workspace

Deliver professional workmanship on every project
Expect variety in your work-from detailed assembly to problem-solving and continuous skill development.
We're seeking someone who is eager to learn and ready to get stuck in. You should have:

An understanding of electrical wiring methods and standards

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Knowledge of wire types, sizes, and colour coding

Confidence using tools and working hands-on
Minimum requirements:

High School or Trade School diploma (or equivalent)

Around 2 years of manufacturing or hands-on experience

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Travel across the U.S. for project work (with enhanced travel pay)-
