Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and outgoing individual to join our team as a Gift Shop & Front Gate Associate. This role is the first impression for our guests, so a positive attitude and strong customer service skills are a must!
Duties
- Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming first impression
- Process admissions and handle transactions accurately
- Answer questions about the ranch, animals, and visitor experience
- Assist customers in the gift shop with purchases and product questions
- Restock merchandise and keep the shop clean and organized
- Provide clear directions and basic safety guidelines to guests entering the park
- Help maintain a smooth flow of traffic at the front gate
- Support team members as needed during busy times
Qualifications:
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with the public, including children and families
- Reliable and punctual
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Ability to stay calm and professional during busy periods
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work outdoors at times
- Weekend availability required
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
