We are seeking an experienced Plumbing BIM & CAD Specialist with strong Revit experience to support commercial construction projects, including multifamily, high-rise, and hotel developments throughout the Dallas area.
Hybrid Schedule: 2 days in office, 3 days remote.
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain plumbing BIM models using Revit.
- Produce CAD drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and structural teams during BIM coordination and clash detection.
- Support project managers and field teams with model updates, drawing revisions, and installation planning.
- Ensure models and drawings accurately reflect project requirements and construction progress.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience using Revit for BIM modeling (Required).
- Advanced proficiency in Revit is required. Candidates without solid Revit experience will not be considered.
- Experience with AutoCAD; Navisworks is a plus.
- Experience in commercial plumbing, MEP coordination, or commercial construction.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
