What You Will Be Doing
- Troubleshooting and repairing air conditioners, thermostats, and related equipment
- Building trust with homeowners
- Educating homeowners on system operation, maintenance, and energy-saving recommendations
- Identifying worn or failing components and recommending appropriate repair solutions
- Testing system performance to ensure equipment is operating efficiently and safely
- Providing homeowners with repair options, replacement recommendations, and financing information when appropriate
- Maintaining accurate service records, invoices, and job notes using company software
- Ensuring all work complies with local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
- Participating in ongoing training to stay current on HVAC technology and industry best practices

Qualifications
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift equipment and work in various weather conditions
- Flexible Schedule required
