Location: Blue Hill, NE
Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule:
- Days, evenings and every other weekend required
- Minimum 45 hours per week
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing daily store operations
- Coaching, supervising and motivating employees
- Assisting with inventory management and store organization
- Monitoring customer service and transactions
- Helping maintain a clean, safe and welcoming store environment
- Supporting employee development and performance evaluations
- Leading by example and helping the team succeed each day
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail or convenience store management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with inventory management and team supervision
- Positive attitude with the ability to motivate others
- Dependability and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Orientation Information:
All new hires must attend orientation on Mondays beginning at 9:30 AM in Hastings. Orientation lasts approximately 4 hours and employees should wear jeans, a shirt and closed-toed shoes.
