We are seeking motivated, hardworking, and team-oriented individuals to join our Front of House team as Barbacks and Bussers.
Position Summary
The Barback / Busser plays a critical role in supporting bartenders, servers, and the overall guest experience. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, assisting with beverage service, clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring the restaurant and bar areas operate efficiently throughout each shift.
ResponsibilitiesBarback Duties
- Assist bartenders with daily bar setup and breakdown.
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar.
- Remove trash and empty boxes promptly.
- Refill ice bins and ensure bar stations remain fully stocked.
- Assist bartenders during high-volume periods.
- Wash and polish glassware as needed.
- Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines.
Busser Duties
- Clear and clean tables quickly and efficiently.
- Reset tables according to restaurant standards.
- Assist servers with food delivery when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms, patios, restrooms, and guest areas.
- Remove dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables.
- Support guest satisfaction by responding promptly to team requests.
- Assist with opening and closing side work duties.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, barback, or busser experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and carry items for extended periods.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
