We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join a growing Supply Chain team supporting the manufacturing of life-saving medical devices. This role is responsible for receiving, processing, storing, and distributing raw materials and finished goods while ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with GMP and quality standards.
Location: Santa Rosa, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-Hour Shifts (Overtime Available)
Pay: $21.00–$22.00/hour
Duration: 6-Month Contract with Potential for Conversion
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments of raw materials and supplies.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
- Process inventory transactions using a Warehouse Management System (WMS/QAD).
- Transfer materials to Receiving Inspection and stock inventory after release.
- Pick, kit, and stage materials to support manufacturing work orders.
- Prepare domestic and international shipments, including shipping documentation.
- Coordinate shipments with carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, freight carriers, and other logistics providers.
- Retrieve finished goods to fulfill customer and distribution orders.
- Work closely with Quality, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of warehouse, distribution, or stockroom experience.
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory management software (QAD, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Experience preparing domestic and/or international shipments.
- Familiarity working with common carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight companies.
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and organize warehouse materials.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
