The Plateau Travel Plaza is growing, and we’re looking for a Custodian Supervisor to help lead cleanliness, safety, and facility standards across our newly expanded and remodeled property—including our gaming floor, C‑store, and Three Teepees Café.
This full-time leadership role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, enjoys leading a team, and understands the importance of a clean, well‑maintained environment for both guests and team members. As a Custodian Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in overseeing daily custodial operations and supporting a positive experience throughout the facility.
What you’ll do

Supervise daily custodial operations across the property

Lead, train, and support custodial team members

Ensure cleaning schedules and duties are completed thoroughly and on time

Maintain cleanliness standards for public spaces, gaming areas, restrooms, offices, and back‑of‑house areas

Monitor supply inventory and assist with ordering as needed

Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment
-
Promote safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company procedures
-
Assist with scheduling, coverage, and operational needs across shifts

The starting wage for a Custodian Supervisor is $21.00 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a shift differential for non‑standard hours, ranging from an additional $0.50 to $2.50 per hour, depending on the shift worked.

A few qualities we’re looking for:

Previous custodial, facilities, or supervisory experience preferred

Ability to lead a team and provide clear direction

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety

Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures and use of custodial equipment

Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical tasks throughout a shift

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to pass a criminal history background check and obtain a gaming license upon offer of hire

Must be 21 years of age or older

Valid Oregon Driver’s License and insurability preferred
