ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2026 and am excited to be building a brand-new team from the ground up. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in medical device sales, where I developed a passion for helping people, building relationships, and finding solutions to meet their needs.
I’m a graduate of Indiana University and a lifelong resident of the Indianapolis area. Outside of work, I enjoy sports, golfing, and attending live music events whenever I get the chance. As a new agency, I’m looking forward to becoming deeply involved in the community and building strong relationships throughout Greenwood and the surrounding area.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Chad Murray - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
