A Crew Leader has all the skills of the Lead Hand with additional leadership skills to work as a Crew Leader. Has a minimum of 5 years experience. Able to lead the crew with all basic duties. Has extensive knowledge of proper installation of microwave and cellular antenna systems, including ice bridges, pipe mounts, antennas, waveguide, side strut & tieback installations, etc. Must be an expert at alignment of microwave path alignment procedures. Must understand industry, customer and company quality standards, installation guidelines and photo programs.
