Blu Sleep Products LLC is a Boynton Beach-based foam manufacturing company producing high-quality pillows and bedding products for the sleep industry. We are a tight-knit, family-run business built on quality craftsmanship, hard work, and pride in what we make. As we continue to grow, we are looking for dependable, hands-on people to join our warehouse and production team.
Position Summary
We are hiring Warehouse & Production Associates to help keep our pillow manufacturing facility running smoothly. This is a hands-on, on-your-feet role on the production floor and in the warehouse — building and filling products, keeping inventory moving, and helping the team hit daily output goals. No experience? No problem. If you show up ready to work, we will train you. If you already have manufacturing or warehouse experience, even better.
Shifts & Schedule
We are hiring for two full-time shifts — let us know which one works best for you:
- Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Each shift includes two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch.
What You'll DoProduction Floor
- Assemble, fill, and finish pillows and foam products to spec
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely after training
- Keep up with daily production targets and quality standards
- Flag any defects or issues to your supervisor right away
Warehouse & Inventory
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming raw materials and supplies
- Pick, pack, and stage finished products for shipping
- Load and unload trucks and help keep orders moving on time
- Keep the warehouse organized, labeled, and easy to navigate
Quality & Safety
- Follow Blu Sleep quality standards on every product you touch
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and clutter-free
- Follow all safety procedures and use equipment properly
- Take pride in doing the job right the first time
Teamwork
- Pitch in wherever the team needs an extra hand
- Follow direction from supervisors and communicate clearly
- Show up on time, ready to work, and be someone the team can count on
What We're Looking For
- A strong work ethic and a reliable, punctual attitude — this is the most important thing
- Willingness to learn; warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
- Able to stand, bend, and stay active for a full shift
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical, hands-on work
- A team player who follows instructions and takes direction well
- Comfortable working in a warehouse / production environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus given our South Florida team

- Starting pay of $15–$18/hour depending on experience
- Evening shift premium — extra $1.00/hour for the 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift
