Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our weekend team. The ideal candidate will have the skill and desire to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving drinks and food, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to all cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
- Assist in setting up for special events or catering functions as needed.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience is required.
- Must be able to obtain a bartending license.
- Strong background in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and retail math to effectively manage transactions and inventory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters positive guest interactions.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.

Pay: $12.00 per hour
