Job DescriptionThey are also responsible for educating customers about our premium coffees and teas. The Team Lead fulfills any other duties the operations manager or assistant manager assigns and represents Foxtail Coffee in a professional manner.
Product:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Foxtail Menu.
- Ensures that all customers are educated on our products and services.
- Must have proficient knowledge of products and how to best maintain the quality of that product.
- Follows all Foxtail Coffee drink recipes and procedures.
- Develops an understanding of coffee and tea regions and the differences in flavor and blends.
Service:
- Greets all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service and develops a rapport with customers by learning their names, favorite drinks, and food items.
- Team Leads are a model barista behind bar. This includes the following:
- Maintain a positive, professional, and polite manner behind the bar.
- Meticulously organize, inventory, and put away deliveries.
- Shot-Call during busy rushes in service.
- Always representing an inviting and understanding culture.
- Responds proactively to prevent customer service situations.
- Team Leads will know how to properly recover guests and take initiative when it comes to controlling guest experiences.

- Informs the manager on duty of any operational inconsistencies.
Responsibilities:

- Delegate tasks concerning daily operations up to and including:
- Daily / Weekly Maintenance Tasks
- Petty Cash Change
- Bank/Change runs to bank
- Supply Runs
- Assist with hiring and interviews

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
