Ofshtein Law Firm, P.C. is seeking an experienced Spanish-speaking Sign-Up / Intake Paralegal to assist with client sign-ups throughout the New York City area. This position requires a professional who is comfortable communicating with Spanish-speaking clients and handling sign-ups in the field.
Location: Brooklyn / Bronx / Queens / Manhattan
Schedule: Full-Time – 40 hours per week
Training: 2-4 weeks of training at our main office (398 Kings Hwy, Brooklyn, NY 11223)
Compensation: Competitive (based on experience) + gas and toll reimbursement
Responsibilities:
- Travel to meet clients and complete personal injury case sign-ups
- Review and explain retainer agreements and required documents in Spanish and English
- Collect identification, accident information, and supporting documents
- Upload and organize signed documents into the firm’s system
- Maintain clear communication with the office regarding completed sign-ups
- Provide professional and courteous interaction with clients
Requirements:
- Must be Spanish speaking (required)
- Must have prior experience working in a personal injury law firm
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Comfortable traveling throughout Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan
- Ability to work evenings or weekends when needed
