Your Opportunity To Lead & Inspire
This is a full-time, salaried position based in Ontario Mills Mall - Ontario, CA. Weekend and evening availability is required. Competitive pay, benefits, and a chance to lead Milksha’s very first U.S. store launch.
As General Manager, you will lead the charge in creating an unforgettable customer experience while driving business success by:
· Leading day-to-day operations and setting the tone for an outstanding in-store experience
· Building, coaching, developing and inspiring a high-performing team with shared values around quality and hospitality
· Driving operational excellence, from inventory to labor management to customer service
· Acting as a brand ambassador and community connector, bringing Milksha’s values to life
· Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and HQ teams to execute campaigns and share feedback.
Are you ready to take the lead?
· At least 3 years of progressive management in food service, QSR, retail, or consumer goods.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business and financial acumen to evaluate store potential and drive profitable growth.
· High-energy, results-driven, and adaptable, with a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
· Ability to maintain exceptional standards in beverage quality, service efficiency, and store cleanliness, ensuring a consistently seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
