Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor
Walnut Creek, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite).
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of construction cost estimating, quantity surveying, or cost management experience
- Experience with commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of cost estimating, budgeting, change orders, quantity takeoffs, and bid evaluations
- Experience with estimating tools such as Bluebeam, CostX, OST (On-Screen Takeoff), WinEst, or Sage Estimating/Timberline
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship available).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $110,000–$195,000 per year
