Job Requirements
As a Sanitation Associate – Warehouse – 3rd shift at Four Seasons Family of Companies, you’ll play an important role in keeping our facilities clean, safe and ready for daily operations. You’ll help maintain a variety of areas throughout our facilities, including the Café, bathrooms, laundry room, warehouse picking aisles, and loading docks.
This is an active, hands-on position where you’ll work as a part of the Sanitation team to keep floors, work areas, equipment, and common areas clean and organized. You’ll also help collect and properly dispose of trash, cardboard, wood, recyclables, and edible waste. Training will be provided on equipment such as electric pallet jacks, Pacers, electric scrubbers, and balers.
THE BASICS:
- Pay: $15 hour plus $3 shift Differential
- Schedule: 3rd Shift 11 PM to 7:30 AM Sunday through Thursday (ending Friday morning)
- Location: Ephrata, PA
WHAT YOU DO:
- Clean and maintain the Café eating area, including sanitizing eating surfaces and collecting trash
- Clean and maintain bathrooms and other facility areas
- Maintain the Sanitation Department laundry, including laundering rags and towels used by the team
- Pick up trash, plastic, wood, and cardboard from warehouse aisles and pick slots
- Sweep warehouse racks and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables using equipment such as pallet jacks or Pacers
- Operate the cardboard shredder, baler, shrink-wrap baler, and other sanitation equipment
- Perform detailed cleaning of aisle drains and sanitation of wet aisles as assigned
- Restock cleaning chemicals and sanitation supplies
- Use cleaning tools and equipment safely and properly
- Communicate with managers and team leaders regarding sanitation needs, issues, and daily responsibilities
- Follow all Four Seasons safety, food safety, product quality, and productivity policies

- Ability to work around varying warehouse conditions and perform the physical activities required of the position
