As an
Installation Technician (Entry-Level), you’ll be part of a hands-on training program designed to build your skills from the ground up in commercial HVAC/R installation. You’ll work alongside the Installation Manager and experienced technicians while developing the foundation needed for a long-term career in the trades.This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated, dependable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do
- Learn to install with precision: Assist in setting up commercial HVAC equipment safely and accurately while learning company standards and manufacturer specifications.

Schedule
- Full-time hours (typically 32–40 hours per week)

Pay
- Competitive hourly pay based on experienceOvertime opportunities available
Candidates should be able to reliably commute to Traverse City or plan to relocate prior to starting.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.

Join a well‑established Northern Michigan company with 50 years of experience in commercial refrigeration and HVAC/R services. As an Entry-Level Installation Technician, you’ll gain hands‑on training while assisting with the installation of commercial HVAC/R equipment, ductwork, hoods, vents, and related components under the guidance of experienced technicians. This role is ideal for someone dependable, mechanically inclined, and motivated to grow their skills in the skilled trades.
You’ll be based out of our Traverse City office and travel to job sites throughout Northern Michigan, with occasional assignments outside our normal service area based on project needs. This provides valuable exposure to a wide range of commercial environments across the region.
