Fourth Avenue Homes, Inc. is currently hiring kind, compassionate and responsible Direct Support Professionals (DSP's) to work in licensed group homes with one adult male rural Litchfield.
A DSP works in a home environment to assist individuals with disabilities with activities such as medication administration, grooming, dressing, shopping, cooking, laundry, community involvement, etc. The DSP must possess basic problem solving skills, have a strong desire to help others reach their goals, and be motivated to work as a team to improve the quality of life of the individuals served while ensuring a safe and healthy environment. A DSP must have the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, be able to document accurately and legibly. The ability to pass a background study and a valid driver's license (unless working overnight shifts only) is required.
Job Type: Full time and Part time positions including sleep overnights. Pay is based per location. Perfect opportunity for people looking for additional income or people who want to make a difference.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour based on experience. $300 Singing bonus. In addition, referral bonuses are available for those who recruit other staff.
