Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s or PhD in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Current certification or state licensure as a School Psychologist
- Ability to complete all required credentialing, including House Bill 486 background check/fingerprinting and employment history review
- Experience working with school-age children or adolescents preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and develop individualized plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth
- Provide individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and behavior management strategies
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP and 504 processes
- Maintain clear documentation and uphold ethical and legal standards
This role requires on-site presence and offers a steady weekly schedule of 37.5 hours throughout the academic year, starting 8/31/2026 and concluding 6/17/2027.
