Duties
- Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing with precision and care.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and esthetic treatments tailored to their individual needs.
- Manage client appointments efficiently
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and workspaces after each procedure.
- Promote retail sales of skincare products and esthetic services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, color theory, infection control practices, and esthetic treatments.
- Excellent client communication skills with the ability to understand and address individual esthetic goals.
- Familiarity with esthetic treatments
