The Sales and Service Technician is responsible for supporting sales growth while providing technical service and field support to customers. This role combines customer relationship management, business development, troubleshooting, installation support, and field service activities. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, technically proficient, and capable of building strong relationships while delivering exceptional service.

Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments.

Perform field service visits, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs at customer locations.

Provide technical support and product training to customers.

Assist with installation, startup, testing, and maintenance of company products.

Document service activities, customer issues, and corrective actions.

Prepare service reports, recommendations, and follow-up documentation.

Travel domestically and internationally as required to support customer needs.

Ensure compliance with company safety standards and customer site requirements.

Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation.

Prepare sales and service activity reports.

Coordinate service schedules and customer support activities.
-
Utilize ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office applications for reporting and communication.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, field service, manufacturing, industrial equipment, or a related industry.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and manuals.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and ERP/CRM systems.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
