Responsibilities

- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing cash, credit card payments, and managing the cash drawer
- Perform data entry tasks related to sales transactions, customer information, and loan processing as needed
- Maintain accurate cash handling and cash management procedures to ensure security and accountability
- Support loan collections and processing activities by verifying customer information and updating records
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Requirements
- Previous retail sales or retail store experience preferred; strong background in customer service is highly valued
- Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, retail math calculations, and financial software usage
- Familiarity with data entry tasks such as processing cash transactions and loan documentation
- Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus; experience with retail lending or loan collections is advantageous
- Ability to handle cash drawer operations confidently using 10 key typing skills and cash management procedures
- Strong communication skills with a proactive attitude toward assisting customers and team members
- Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks accurately, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
