American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position requiring 2 years of experience, Epic proficiency, and an active WA or compact RN license.

Work in the Cath Lab of a hospital setting
-
Procedures include cardiac catheterization, interventional radiology, EP lab procedures, STEMI response, biopsies (GI, GU/Renal), peripheral vascular interventions, and stent placement
-
Required skills include blood/blood products administration, cardioversion/defibrillation, cooling/warming blanket operation, 12-lead EKG acquisition, and syringe pump use

Day shift schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, 7:00–19:30

Shift length may vary between 8 and 10 hours depending on staffing and scheduling needs

On-call requirement of at least one weekday and one weekend per month, with potential for additional days and weekends

Epic EMR experience required

All travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state of Washington

Active WA or compact RN license required

Current ACLS and BLS certifications required

Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required

Epic EMR proficiency required

At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting

SSN and DOB required for consideration

First-time travelers will not be considered for this position

Former permanent staff of any Providence/Swedish facility must have been separated for at least 3 months before being eligible and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Refusal to float between facilities within the state may result in assignment termination

Minimal RTO is strongly preferred; any requested time off should be disclosed prior to submission as post-offer requests may be denied
