Join our dynamic team as a Cannabis Delivery Driver and Brand Representative. As the face of our company to our retail partners, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and building relationships while ensuring timely product deliveries. Your driving expertise, customer service skills, and passion for the industry will drive success in this fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver a variety of products including cannabis products, to customers’ locations across Montana.
- Manage delivery routes efficiently, utilizing organizational skills to optimize timing and route planning.
- Warehouse duties not limited to: Picking and staging product for orders in accordance with internal SOP's and state guidelines. Assisting with end-of-day duties.
- Load and unload products, ensuring accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
- Interact professionally with dispensary staff, fostering positive relationships
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Perform basic inventory checks at delivery locations
- Handle heavy lifting and automobile transportation tasks with proper safety techniques to ensure safe lifting practices.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- 21 years of age or older
- Able to pass background check
- Must have a current Cannabis CARD Worker Permit or be able to obtain one
- Must be able to meet rental car agency requirements for business rentals
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely; products up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members.
- Flexible schedule, including early morning starts and occasional overnight trips
- Basic smartphone and navigation app proficiency
- Passion for the cannabis industry and our products (knowledge a plus, but not required)
