Line Cook – Better Burger in Liverpool NY

Better Burger is a fast casual kitchen and bar. We opened October 2025.
Better Burger is looking for a dedicated Line Cook who can thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized during busy service.
Line Cooks are responsible for preparing menu items using flat top grills, fryers, and kitchen equipment while following recipes, food safety standards, and quality expectations. Experience in a high-volume kitchen is preferred, and familiarity with Toast KDS is a plus.

We are looking for team members who take pride in consistency, speed, cleanliness, and teamwork. There is room to grow within Better Burger, with opportunities for crew members to develop into roles with greater responsibility as they learn the operation and demonstrate leadership.
Must be able to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
