Part-time Physical Therapist Technician

Position Summary:
As a Physical Therapist Technician, you will support the physical therapy team by assisting in patient care, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and helping ensure efficient clinic operations. This position is supervised by a licensed Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Assist physical therapists in delivering patient care
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment
- Greet, assist, and guide patients throughout their visit
- Help patients with exercises and therapy routines under supervision
- Apply modalities such as heat packs or assist with therapeutic equipment
- Monitor and document patient progress during sessions
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the clinic
- Stock, sanitize, and organize equipment and supplies
- Follow HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Interest in physical therapy, fitness, or healthcare
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting
