- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing them appropriately.
- Maintain organized filing systems, and ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills to foster positive client relationships.
Experience
- Experience using multi-line phone systems and handling high-volume customer support calls
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to enhance client communication across diverse populations.
