Job Description
Swim Instructor Responsibilities:
- Teach private swim lessons
- Assess students ability
- Work with students at their pace while consistently challenging them to progress further
- Transition trial lessons to new enrollments
- Being an ambassador of safety
- Maintain positive relationships
Swim Instructor Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience teaching swim lessons in a professional setting
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prior Babysitting or Nanny experience
- Must be able to swim
- Work with beginner level students
- Work with pre-school aged students
- Current Lifeguard Certification or willingness to become certified
- CPR/AED Certification required
- Able to commit to our company for at least one year. No seasonal hires.
- Must possess good time management skills
- Must possess good communication skills
- Must possess strong organizational skills
- Must be able to have fun with their students!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- swim instruction in a professional setting: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Lifeguard Certification (including CPR/AED) (Preferred)
