Position Overview
Location: Atlanta, GA – onsite
Salary: $25-27/hr
The Occupational Health Compliance Coordinator enables and promotes data-based decision making by managing and optimizing administrative support services within a Medical Case Coordinator capacity. This role is primarily responsible for reviewing, handling, and processing all Federal and company physical examination results to help ensure continuous compliance with regulatory mandates and organizational guidelines.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Compliance & Report Review: Review and verify the completeness of all Federal and company physical examination reports. Forward completed reports to the Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) for official review.
- Medical Information Retrieval: Directly collect and document necessary medical information from applicants, employees, or healthcare providers as directed by the OHN.
- Data Tracking & Suspensions: Monitor and track occupational medical data, records, and employee work suspensions.
- Exam Coordination: Plan and coordinate periodic employee physical examinations in accordance with regulatory standards and internal policy.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain professional interactions with internal and external stakeholders regarding the work and health status of applicants and current employees.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience
- Minimum: 1–2 years of related experience in medical administration, case coordination, or occupational health.
- Preferred: 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Industry Background: Previous experience in a hospital, medical clinic, or occupational health setting is strongly preferred.
Education
- Degree: Bachelor's degree preferred (any major).
- Field of Study: Health Science or Medical Science majors preferred.
Technical Skills
- Required: 1+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Access).
- Preferred: Proficiency with SAP enterprise software.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service orientation for both internal staff and external health providers.
