- Clean up spilled food or drink or broken dishes
- Wipe tables and seats with dampened cloths.
- Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchen for cleaning.
- Fill ice
- Ensure cleanliess of the dining room, bar, and other areas.
- Clean the restrooms and ensure they are maintained and stocked. Check restrooms every 30 minutes to ensure cleanlines.
- Clean the back area and keep it organized.
- Take out trash
- Remove empty dishes from tables during dining hours
- Refill drinks with water and tea pitchers provided in kitchen
- complete busser side work at beginning and end of shift
