Job Summary:
The Children’s Activity Coordinator will be responsible for creating personalized member interactions, while providing a fun and safe atmosphere for all children participating in programming through guided activities, crafts, and learning opportunities.

Assist with daily operations of the Children’s Programming department

Responsible for the planning and execution of Kid’s Night Outs, After School Program, and Toddler-Drop Off

Assist with planning, and execution of CampGO

Assist PBGO Supervisor with training new Activities Attendants, and Camp Counselors.

Assist with strategizing, organizing and executing all special event activities for yearly programming

Design and implement educational/teaching programs that use the natural resources surrounding the community.

Implement and maintain new procedures for operations that improve the member experience

Responsible for safety and security of all children participating in programs and activities

Responsible for scanning in documents.

Responsible for the organization of the PBGO supply space.

Responsible for making/cancelling member reservations and updating event details.

Handle reservation requests; take incoming phone calls, meeting all phone etiquette standards.

Properly communicate with staff and guests all the present and upcoming programs, offerings, and family activities through PBGO.

Maintain relationships and communication with members pre/post visit correspondence

Responsible for PBGO van maintenance scheduling

Other job requirement may be needed at the discretion of the Children’s Director

High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
-
Minimum of 1 years working experience with children

Luxury Hotel, Resort, and/or Club Community experience preferred

Strong passion for customer service; experience handling and resolving member concerns in a timely manner

Strong verbal communication skills-ability to communicate effectively with guests and vendors

Able to become CPR/ First Aid Certified

Most tasks are performed outdoors in variable weather conditions, including hot, cold, windy and wet weather. Temperature can be extreme but is usually moderate
