Inside Sales Representative: KCS Foundation and Waterproofing
Location: Louisville, KY / New Albany, IN (Serving the Kentuckiana Area)

We are a fast-moving, locally-owned company that prides itself on solving complex structural problems that national chains often decline. We are seeking a driven, energetic, and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying new leads to demonstrating our product and closing deals. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a knack for building rapid rapport, and the resilience to hit monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Management: Handle inbound sales leads and qualify opportunities, routing complex, high-value accounts to senior executives or outside sales teams when necessary.
- Needs Assessment: Communicate with potential and existing customers to understand their pain points and identify how our products/services can provide a solution.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging, consultative product or service pitches and demonstrations via virtual portals.
- Negotiation & Closing: Create custom quotes, negotiate contract terms, and close deals to achieve and exceed individual and team sales quotas.
- CRM Tracking: Document and track all sales progress, customer interactions, and follow-ups within our CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to upsell, cross-sell, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of successful inside/outside sales experience (experience in construction, foundation repair, or home services is a major plus).
- Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-Motivated: A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule effectively.
