Be a part of our management team as an hourly supervisor! As an hourly supervisor, you will partner with the management team at your store and as the manager on duty, you will lead staff to provide excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Supervisors typically work a combination of supervisory shifts and shifts in another hourly role (e.g. Server, Support, Phones, Driver, Cook, etc.). Schedule flexibility is necessary for this role. This supervisor will work 1 - 2 opening shifts per week, 1 closing shift, plus more supervisor shifts available to cover manager absences/vacations, events, and meetings.
This Supervisor opportunity is an active ‘hands-on' role on the management team and provides you with excellent opportunities to further develop your skills and advance to a manager in training RM or KM) role with Pizza Lucé.
PAY: $21.00 to $23.00
SCHEDULE: 15-20 hours per week (1-2 opening shifts and 1 closing shift) plus additional hours in another hourly role

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years of restaurant experience including demonstrated knowledge of restaurant operations required.

1+ years of previous supervisory experience is required (includes supervisory experience with other companies and/or other industries).

Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
