Mandatory Requirements to Apply
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (Arizona or Compact State)
- Current BLS Certification
- Previous experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), Rehabilitation, Nursing Home, or Post-Acute Care preferred
- IV therapy and medication administration experience preferred
- Experience with EMR/EHR documentation preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and meet all facility compliance requirements
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in the Skilled Nursing Facility and Long-Term Care units.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions.
- Monitor resident conditions, identify changes, and communicate findings promptly to providers.
- Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and support staff while promoting quality, resident-centered care.
- Perform wound care and implement infection prevention and control measures.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
- Respond to medical emergencies and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Bonus & Benefits + Salary
Travel RN – W2 + Tax-Free Stipend Package
- Blended Hourly Rate: $60.00/hour
- Weekly Gross Pay: Up to $2,160/week
- Taxable Hourly Rate: $21.00/hour
- Tax-Free Weekly Stipend: $1,404/week for qualified travelers
OR Travel RN – 1099 Option
- 1099 Hourly Rate: $63.00/hour
- Weekly Gross Pay: Up to $2,268/week
