Class A CDL Truck Driver Requirements & Qualifications:
- Class A CDL Required
- DOT Medical Card
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Minimum 2 years CDL experience
- Heave equipment experience preferred.
Class A CDL Truck Driver Responsibilities & Daily Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Load and unload equipment on and off trailers.
- Properly secure loads with ratchet straps, chains, and binders.
- Safely climb on and off equipment and trailers multiple times a day.
- Maintain and service haul truck and trailer.
- Operate winch to load/unload equipment.
- Coordinate with customers to collect signatures, initials, and dates on paperwork.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Complete equipment inspection reports upon delivery and pick up.
- Perform and keep daily records of pre- and post- trip vehicle inspections.
- Coordinate with Operations Mangers and customers to collect and verify delivery/pick up information.
