**Your Impactful Role:**
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in driving our team towards success. You will oversee warehouse operations, ensuring that safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and support warehouse employees, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Recognize and commend positive performance behaviors while addressing areas for improvement.
- Utilize the Quality Network problem-solving process to engage the workforce and enhance efficiency.
- Implement Workplace Organization (WPO) processes to optimize layouts and productivity.
- Manage payroll data accurately using the Timekeeping System (TKS).
- Conduct daily meetings to communicate performance and encourage open dialogue.
- Perform weekly safety observation tours and enforce shop rules.
- Plan and optimize daily workloads and shift performance.
**What You'll Bring:**
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
