Summary
'Join i9 Sports® as a Baseball Supervisor at Sugar Creek Elementary School to inspire young athletes and develop their skills in a fun and supportive environment. This role is vital in helping us deliver engaging baseball programs that promote teamwork and physical activity among children.' The position requires atleast 5 out of 6 week attendance, along with an engaging personality that fits to help coach kids from age 4-8 years old. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN NOT WORK FROM 6/20 to 8/1 every Saturday (5/6 week attendance mandatory).
Responsibilities
' Lead engaging baseball training sessions tailored to children’s skill levels.
- Foster a positive environment that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun.
- Monitor progress of participants and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to deliver cohesive programs.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s development.
- Promote the values of respect, effort, and enjoyment in every session.
Pay: $16.00 per hour
