OTR CDL Class A Team Truck Drivers
Location: Hiring Across the United States
Compensation: $4,250 – $7000 per week to split ($0.85-$0.90 cents per mile)
Position Overview
We are actively seeking experienced and safety-focused OTR CDL Class A Drivers to operate across the United States. This position requires a professional driver with a strong understanding of DOT compliance, safe driving practices, and the ability to operate efficiently during both daytime and nighttime hours.
This role is strictly for drivers who meet the required experience and safety standards outlined below.
Compensation
- Weekly pay ranging from $4,250 – $7000 per week to split
- Consistent OTR miles ($0.85-$0.90 cents per mile)

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Valid CDL Class A License
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Strong safety and compliance history
- Ability to operate during night driving schedules
- Solid understanding of DOT regulations and compliance requirements
- Applicants who do not meet the minimum 2-year experience requirement will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial tractor-trailer safely and efficiently on OTR routes
- Conduct thorough pre-trip, post-trip, and ongoing inspections to ensure full DOT compliance
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation
- Follow all federal, state, and company safety regulations
- Proactively prevent violations by maintaining equipment and compliance standards
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and safety departments
