The Field Director leads the assigned team and gives positive direction to the staff to achieve team and council objectives. This team leader will be responsible for achieving strategic objectives for quality membership growth, fundraising growth, and community relations. This position is a full-time exempt position which will require travel throughout southeast Minnesota and occasionally regional trips.
