We are currently seeking an experienced Intake Agent to join our growing team in our Boynton Beach office.
Available Shifts
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Evening and weekend availability required

Key Responsibilities
As an Intake Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients and play a critical role in delivering an exceptional client experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting intake interviews by phone and in person to gather detailed information regarding potential claims
- Responding promptly to new inquiries and following up on all leads using the firm's seven-touch communication process
- Scheduling consultations and maintaining appointment calendars
- Conducting client sign-up meetings in the office, off-site locations, or medical facilities as needed
- Obtaining signed contracts, authorizations, and supporting documentation
- Maintaining accurate lead and client information within Litify CRM
- Reviewing and managing outstanding intake-related tasks daily
- Gathering and documenting accident details, liability information, injuries, medical treatment history, prior attorneys, and other relevant case information for attorney review
- Saving and organizing correspondence within the CRM system
- Managing referral information for medical providers and attorneys
- Assisting callers by directing them to appropriate resources when the firm is unable to assist
- Scanning and uploading all intake documentation into the case management system
- Transferring completed sign-up files to the file-opening team for onboarding
Qualifications
- Prior personal injury intake experience required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable speaking with clients who may be experiencing difficult circumstances
- Experience with Litify, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms preferred
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
