Legacy Law Group is hiring for a paralegal looking for a long-term position to work in our Trusts and Estates Planning group. Two years’ experience in this field of law is suggested.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate is organized with strong attention to detail, is team driven, and has excellent writing and communication skills. Given the high volume of client contact, this candidate must be able to communicate empathetically as well as efficiently. The team structure of the firm requires an ability to work effectively and with a variety of professionals, including attorneys, financial advisors and others.
Responsibilities include all areas of estate planning, business planning and trust administration including but not limited to drafting correspondence, trusts, wills, powers of attorney, asset transfer documents, trust administration documents and business planning documents; communicating with clients and clients’ financial advisors; and organizing and maintaining client files.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Paralegal Certificate from ABA approved Paralegal Program
2 Years experience in trusts and estates planning law preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, and Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Wills, trusts & estate law: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Paralegal Certificate from ABA approved school (Required)
