About the Role
The Shift Lead/Assistant Manager helps manage daily shifts and supports the General Manager with restaurant operations. This role leads Team Members, maintains restaurant standards, and helps keep the restaurant running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Lead Team Members during assigned shifts
- Maintain food quality and customer service standards
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Handle cash
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness requirements are followed
- Assist with inventory, training, scheduling, and labor management
- Support other management responsibilities as assigned
- Lead by example and maintain a team-first mentality
- Jump in and perform any restaurant task when needed
- Lead the restaurant effectively when the General Manager is not present
