Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Detail Manager to oversee vehicle inventory and detailing operations. This role is responsible for tracking all incoming vehicles, maintaining accurate records, ensuring vehicles are clean and showroom-ready, and coordinating with sales and service teams to meet operational needs. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage vehicle inventory, including arrivals, transfers, and sales
- Oversee detailing team to ensure vehicles meet presentation standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records in internal systems
- Coordinate workflow for your detail team
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of inventory and detailing quality
- Provide initial condition report on all incoming vehicles
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inventory management or detail management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead a team and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with dealership management systems a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
