Tom’s Lawn & Garden is looking for a dependable, motivated Appliance Service Technician/Installer to join our team.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ability to trouble shoot issues on appliance
- Talk and work with Tech Support when diagnosing issues
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Able to communicate with customers
- Maintain a professional standing
- Assist the service writer with part look up and other information needed
- Deliver and install household appliances
- Work safely and efficiently in customers’ homes
- Undertake other duties as assigned
Education & Experience:
- Technical or mechanical experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to lift and move appliances
