Job Description
Full-Time Position

Duties and Responsibilities
- Install lift kits, leveling kits, suspension systems, wheels, tires, and truck accessories according to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform alignments, suspension adjustments, and related modifications as required.
- Diagnose and repair suspension, steering, and chassis-related concerns.
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance and basic repair services.
- Inspect vehicles before, during, and after installation to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Follow installation procedures, shop processes, and safety standards.
- Communicate with Service Advisors and management regarding vehicle status, additional recommendations, and potential concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services performed and parts used.
- Ensure all work areas, tools, and equipment remain clean, organized, and in proper working condition.
- Test-drive vehicles as needed to verify proper operation and quality of repairs.
- Perform detailed multi-point inspections on vehicles.
- Assist with shop organization, inventory handling, and other duties as assigned.
- Contribute to a positive team environment focused on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive repair, suspension installation, truck accessories, off-road performance, dealership service, or related mechanical work preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
- Knowledge of suspension systems, steering components, brakes, driveline components, and general vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to read and follow installation instructions, work orders, and repair procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Professional attitude and ability to work collaboratively with technicians, advisors, management, and customers.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn new products, installation techniques, and shop processes.
- ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
- Experience with lifted trucks, off-road vehicles, wheels, tires, and aftermarket accessories is highly preferred.
License/Certification
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
- A clean driving record is highly preferred.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and work underneath vehicles for extended periods.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry parts, wheels, tires, and equipment up to 50 pounds and occasionally more with assistance.
- Ability to safely operate vehicle lifts, alignment equipment, power tools, and shop machinery.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment with exposure to noise, vehicle exhaust, and varying temperatures.
- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills necessary to perform vehicle repairs and installations.
- Ability to enter, exit, and maneuver around various types of vehicles, including lifted trucks and off-road vehicles.
